About Me
Mr. Shukla is an Administrative Expert with 36 years of experience in Public Sector & Social Services (Government Services) Industry, currently based in India. He has now retired and is a qualified Surgeon with MBBS and MS General Surgery Degree. He has more than 36 years of experience in Government on very senior positions, out of which approx 12 years in Health Sector. Responsible for starting the biggest Community Health Volunteers programme of India in Chhattisgarh, called the MItanin Programme. The ASHA programme of Government of India is modelled on it. Main areas of work have been Health, Education, Land Management, Disaster Management, Elections and Democracy, Food and Civil Supplies.Courses by me
