Workshop Objective
To equip the plant operations team at Ajanta Pharma with hands-on skills to leverage AI tools—ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gamma—for creating clear, compliant, and high-impact pharmaceutical presentations, enhancing efficiency, storytelling, and regulatory communication.
This hands-on workshop introduced the Ajanta Pharma Plant Team to the power of Generative AI in transforming how technical, compliance, and operational content is presented within pharmaceutical settings. The session focused on using cutting-edge AI tools to streamline the creation of clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations tailored for internal communication, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Participants explored the capabilities of leading Gen AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gamma.
The workshop included live demonstrations, real-time use-case walkthroughs, and individual practice activities where participants created pharma-relevant slides based on real plant operations scenarios. Emphasis was placed on using AI to reduce manual effort, improve storytelling, and ensure content accuracy and compliance.By the end of the session, participants gained:
- A practical understanding of how Generative AI can be applied in pharma manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with 3 AI tools that support content planning, structuring, and presentation design
- Experience in using prompts to create reports, SOP summaries, and technical decks
