He has led transformations in four companies with 34 active projects, focusing on operational excellence, cost optimization, and sustainable growth. Formerly CEO of Kesoram Industries’ Rayon Business and President of Birla Tyres’ Balasore Unit, he has contributed to industry bodies such as the Indian Chamber of Commerce and CII Manufacturing Council. A certified TPM Instructor and Six Sigma Champion, he is passionate about enabling transformational change through data-driven strategies and cross-cultural collaboration.
